The Girl and Her Dog Children's Book
It isn’t easy to find a children’s book that accurately depicts disability. After seeing the illustrations I share on my social media platforms, a follower reached out and ask if I could illustrate a children's book she wrote for her four-year-old age daughter. She wanted me to illustrate her daughter's hearing impairment so she could feel represented in literature. The book highlights the adventures of her daughter and her dog.
